Distribution Philosophy
The $PLN token will be offered to web3 investors through SAFTs in various fundraising rounds at different token supply valuations. These investors will be granted a fixed value transition corresponding to the terms of their respective rounds. Each round is subject to a different initial token release, lockup period, and vesting schedule.
The distribution of the $PLN token outside of pre-sale investment contracts is planned to deliver balanced and sustainable growth of the Planck Network ecosystem while putting more tokens into the hands of the greatest contributors. This strategy is designed to align the interests of users, investors, team members, and strategic partners.
This distribution strategy is crafted to:
Ensure Liquidity: An adequate amount of tokens are released at listing to ensure liquidity in the market
Reward Contributors: Recognizing the contributions of community members to strengthen the research platform and its products
Encourage Ecosystem Growth: Create incentives for user referrals, community engagement, and information sharing

Token Emissions
Emissions schedules for mining rewards and ecosystem expansion make these tokens available according to the company’s business development strategy. Rewards are distributed to users as a function of onboarding subscribers and the volume of token payments, to limit inflation of the circulating supply.
