Diam Hamstra

CEO & Co-Founder

Diam's entrepreneurial journey began in 2016 with his first venture, an e-commerce business that quickly achieved significant traction, generating a five-figure monthly recurring revenue. However, Diam's ambition extended beyond traditional e-commerce. In 2018, he co-founded EstateX with a shared vision of solving real-world problems through blockchain technology.

EstateX rapidly gained momentum, securing $5 million in funding from top-tier investors and establishing itself as one of the most promising Real-World Asset (RWA) projects in the market. The team's ability to raise multiple successful token sales, even during the challenging bear market, and cultivate a dedicated community of over 100,000 members and 300,000 followers is a testament to their leadership and strategic vision.

Diam's nearly a decade of experience in entrepreneurship and team leadership has been instrumental in shaping and driving Planck’s vision and execution. He first met his co-founder Rohan Talwadia at a Y Combinator event, and together, they worked on various problems before ultimately founding Planck in the summer of 2023.

Rohan Talwadia

CTO & Co-Founder

Rohan Talwadia, the co-founder and CTO of Planck Network, embarked on his technological journey at a young age. At just 17, he founded BNB Tech, a venture focused on developing RPG and role-playing games. While the initial response was promising, the Indian market at that time was not fully prepared for the concept of in-app purchases for virtual goods.

Driven by his passion for innovation, Rohan ventured into the world of blockchain. He opened the first-ever NFT jewelry store on the Decentraland platform, gaining invaluable insights into the potential of decentralized technologies. His subsequent experience at Google Cloud provided him with a deep understanding of cloud computing, which would later become a cornerstone of Planck's architecture.

The seed of Planck Network was sown from a desire to revolutionize the AI landscape. Rohan envisioned a platform that could automate code writing, reducing the cost and complexity of AI development. However, the high cost of compute per user presented a significant challenge. To address this, he conceived of a decentralized cloud solution that would significantly reduce costs for AI companies. This innovative idea formed the foundation of Planck.

German Ramirez

Head of Marketing

German Ramirez is a seasoned digital pioneer with a passion for bridging the gap between technology and humanity. His journey began in the mid-1990s, where he immersed himself in the world of e-commerce. This early exposure ignited a lifelong pursuit of understanding and shaping the digital landscape.

Over the years, German has worn many hats: entrepreneur, employee, co-founder, investor, advisor, coach, lecturer, author, and public speaker. Each role has offered invaluable lessons and experiences that he continues to share through his writings and keynotes.

Since 2013, German has been deeply involved in the blockchain, crypto, and Web3 ecosystem. He's contributed to the growth of over 50 projects, brands, and businesses. German firmly believes in the power of branding as a strategic tool for driving marketing ROI and has developed a proven methodology for building effective brand strategies.

As a serial entrepreneur who has founded seven companies, German has firsthand experience with the challenges and triumphs of entrepreneurship. He's faced the pressure of pitches, the fear of rejection, and the exhilaration of success. Through these experiences, he's gained a deep understanding of the leadership journey and has supported countless teams along the way.

Abhishek Shah

Lead Blockchain Developer

Abhishek, a key member of the Planck Network team, brings a wealth of experience in blockchain development. Having honed his skills at Parity Technologies, the creators of Polkadot and Substrate, Abhishek possesses a deep understanding of Proof-of-Stake (PoS) and Nominated Proof-of-Stake (NPoS) consensus mechanisms. This expertise is instrumental in ensuring the security, scalability, and efficiency of Planck's network. His contributions are crucial in shaping the technical architecture and driving the development of Planck's innovative blockchain solutions.

Bart de Bruijn

Head of Business Development

Bart De Bruijn is one of the three Co-Founders of EstateX. Bart was an investor during the 2017 ICO craze. Strategically navigating market dynamics, he entered presales before the 2019/2020 bull run, marking his transition into the crypto industry.

His legal expertise, acquired through an accelerated 3-year legal assistant studies program in just one year, is pivotal to EstateX. With eye for detail leading the product, business development and legal team, Bart ensures regulatory compliance leveraging his extensive network of legal professionals.

With six years of entrepreneurial experience, Bart has managed e-commerce ventures, overseeing multiple webshops and excelling in brand building, marketing, legal compliance, team management, and market analysis. Over the past four years, Bart's leadership has been instrumental in raising $5M for EstateX, driving its trajectory towards the made achievements and fulfilling the role as main director of EstateX with success.

Victor R. Ch. Rollman

Mining Board Supervisor

Victor is the Founder of Rollman Mining; Rollman Capital, a Luxembourg-based Hedge Fund with a unique fund design covering traditional and alternative markets; and Rollman Management, a global investment network and investment advisory boutique, offering a wide range of services to Family Offices, HNWI, entrepreneurs, and retail investors.

He educates and advises traditional investment professionals about cryptocurrency and blockchain investment technologies. Prior to that, he managed a multi-strategy portfolio that included stocks, forex, commodities, indices, and cryptocurrencies.

Victor has also been involved in a wide range of industries as a serial entrepreneur, from real estate projects in Belgium to the electricity market in the Netherlands. With over 20 years of experience analysing global financial markets, 12 years in early-stage ventures, and 10 years within the crypto and blockchain space, Victor's ability to create and oversee high-return portfolios in the €100m to €500m range is top-tier.

Michael Gord

Enterprise Board Member

Michael Gord is the Co-Founder and CEO of GDA Capital. He is a serial entrepreneur and disruptive technology investor focused on the mass adoption of digital assets.

He started working as Content Manager in the music industry before making his first investments in Bitcoin in 2014, when it was trading at $30.Being fascinated by the technology, he rolled into the blockchain & investment world, when in 2015 he founded Bitcoin Canada where he was invited to speak at national & international events.He founded MLG Blockchain in 2016 where he helped clients, from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies, across the world to help develop their blockchain strategies. He advised on tokensale execution for clients resulting in tokensale raises of $200M+.

Michael was also in the board of directors of the Bitcoin & Blockchain Alliance of Canada. He combined this role with being an blockchain advisor of multiple companies. Before founding GDA Capital, as a current partner of MLG Capital he makes angel investments focused on the blockchain industry into companies who have continued to million dollars valuations with global enterprise partnerships.

Evan Smith

Web3 Board Member

Evan is the Head of Research at Rollman Mining and was previously the lead for a web-3 VC. He has been involved with over 70 web-3 start-ups, fulfilling management advisory roles. For almost 5 years, he has been educating and advising private and professional investors about cryptocurrency and blockchain technology and has developed extensive knowledge in the field by analysing the Web3 markets. His specialty in the crypto and blockchain is recognised by many leaders and he maintains a strong foothold on innovation and scalability.

Hunter Scharfe

Strategic Advisor / Stakeholder

Scharfe is a seasoned entrepreneur and financier with nearly a decade of experience in strategic capital partnerships and merchant banking. Currently, he holds a pivotal role as a Partner at a prominent Toronto-based venture capital merchant bank. In this capacity, he has spearheaded strategic investments and actively served as a board member and advisor to innovative companies operating in cutting-edge sectors such as AI and blockchain. His academic background is equally impressive, having earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the prestigious Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto.

Hunter, a key stakeholder at Alset AI and Cedarcross, has a proven track record of driving significant growth. He successfully spearheaded the expansion of their AI client base, increasing annual revenue to over $30 million.

Alset AI's recent strategic partnership with Planck marks a significant milestone, and Hunter serves as a crucial liaison between the two companies. His expertise and connections with giant US and Canadese AI-focused VC funds and therefore is instrumental in solidifying Planck's presence within the US and Canadian AI industry.
